This is an underground fort we sadly didn’t get to use. It features a large barracks, small guardroom, kitchen, dining room, and an officer’s lounge full of treasure. My favourite part is the partially flooded storage room with the stream running through it, I think that turned out pretty well.
The main goal for this map was for the party to rescue the prisoners in the store room, but other secondary objectives were to steal all the treasure or kill the leader of the raiders.
The main problem was that the place has a lot of beds, and therefore a lot of raiders. I had planned for possible approaches like stealth, a distraction to draw the raiders out, clever tactics, or simple brute force, but sadly it never came up.
Oh well. Again, it’s always good to have an underground lair ready to go if you need it.
